An Autumn Palette

Autumn has arrived and we couldn't be any happier!
The colors fall brings are simply divine!  Rich and full of texture, many of these shades and tones we see in our surroundings here in Montana are commonly used on the interior of spaces here as well.  This is due to the fact that here in the mountains most of what we see outside is covered in a blanket of white for six months or more!  By using warm rich colors in our interiors, you can easily achieve a warmer, more inviting space.  Colors and textures also affect the materials commonly used in mountain homes, which include exposed stones and dark wood tones.  Both if used in large vaulted spaces can feel cool.  By adding warm color and texture, the spaces become instantly more inviting.
Below you will find photos of interiors here in Montana, colors and textures found in our travels which remind us of the fall and a few material collections we have put together with autumn inspiration in mind.  We hope these will inspire you to add a little autumn palette to your own home!  Enjoy!
