Color

Yellow isn't one of the most popular colors to use in a room, but as an accent it can be brilliant.  I recently came across a couple of rugs from Decorative Carpets that took my breath away!  What a fun way to liven up a room!  As I got to looking through our archives we have a number of wonderful rooms with pops of wonderful yellows.  See below for some sunny summer inspiration!

Painting the very lower half of this room (including the base) brings the bright white walls down to a more human scale.  The turquoise chandelier is the perfect touch to this little girls room.
