Simple Serenity
A place of peace, relaxation and even meditation. For designers this is a very exciting space to create! It's easy for one to imagine an ideal environment created for solitude to be enjoyed alone or with a companion.
Several different color palettes can be used to transform an environment like such. Warm or cool, it's more about the flow of the interior. The space is seamless, without distraction. One material flowing into another without notice. The floors to walls, walls to ceiling and back again. Furnishings are typically upholstered or finished to blend within the environment. Lighting is also an extremely important element. Usually soft and natural, enhancing the easy, genuine character of the space.
